Bill, I want to thank you for the great experience of watching your work with the remote service. You had just cleaned all the junk that had accumulated on two of my computers, the desktop and the laptop. I was experiencing some difficulty getting the two to work well again so from your office you worked on first one then the other fixing all the little details quickly and without your needing to be here. My third computer, a tablet pc connected wirelessly to my home network also needed some fine tuning which you were also able to quickly fix. In all the complete process took less than and hour with little interruption to my day.
